• Delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control
• Customer must provide a reachable phone number and correct address

• Returns are accepted as per our Return & Refund Policy
• Used, damaged (after delivery), or unauthorized returns will not be accepted
• Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or store credit
